FocusFlow has a native app for iOS and Android. Install it on the device you want to focus, then sign in with your organisation account.

iOS — App Store

iPhone and iPad. Requires iOS 16 or later.

Android — Google Play

Phones and tablets. Requires Android 8.0 (Oreo) or later.
If the store links above aren’t live yet, search for “FocusFlow” in the App Store or Google Play, or ask your administrator for the install link / internal‑testing invite.

Requirements

  • iPhone or iPad on iOS 16+
  • An NFC‑capable iPhone for tag scanning (iPhone 7 and later). No NFC? Use QR codes instead.
  • Screen Time permission (you’ll be asked the first time) so the app can apply focus sessions.

First launch

1

Open FocusFlow

Launch the app from your home screen.
2

Enter the email and password for your FocusFlow account, or tap Sign in with Google. These are the same credentials you use for the web app.
If you don’t have an account yet, ask your administrator to invite you — see User Management.
3

Grant permissions

Allow the focus‑session permission when prompted:
  • iOS: approve Screen Time / Family Controls access.
  • Android: tap Enable app blocking and turn FocusFlow on under Accessibility.
You’re ready. Next: take a walkthrough of the app.
